- (1) 9” graham cracker pie crust
- (1) 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup key lime juice (NOT lime juice)
Combine condensed milk, egg yolks, and key lime juice
Blend until smooth
Pour filling into pie crust
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
Allow to stand 10 minutes
Refrigerate
Top with homemade whipped cream and lime
