Fudge

Who doesn't love fudge. This is one of the easiest recipes ever, coming from Nick's mom.

• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 1 2/3 cup sugar
• ½ tsp. salt
• 2 cups mini-marshmallows
• 1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

Combine butter, milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan
Bring to a rolling boil
Stirring constantly, cook 4-5 minutes
Remove from heat
Stir in marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts
Stir for 1 minute
Pour into 8" buttered pan
Chill and cut into squares
